Additional papers document the Old Medical College and the dispensation of funds from the Porter Fleming Foundation, the Joseph Lamar Rucker Scholarship, and the Robinson Trust Fund.

The collection consists of the original signed manuscript of the permanent constitution of the Confederate States of America, adopted on March 11, 1861. The document consists of five vellum sheets pasted together and rolled, signed by Howell Cobb, President of the Congress and delegates from Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, Mississippi, South Carolina, and Texas. The collections also includes correspondence related to the ownership of the constitution and three photographs.

(1920), "The Ku Klux Ball : a satire on the younger set," "KKKK : why, what, how, who, and you" and a picture postcard with an illustration of banner used by the Ku Klux Klan. A program for "Polly with a Past : a comedy in three acts" (1923) by the Marionettes of Georgia Tech includes an advertisement for the Ku Klux Klan.

Also included is a war ration book issued to Edna J. Eaton, wife of Harold A. Eaton, Haverhill, Massachusetts; United States War-Savings Certificate issued to Callie Sheppard, Greensboro, North Carolina, 1918; and an explanatory letter addressed to the University of Georgia Library, dated May 20, 1986, from Sgt. Joseph W. Reid.
