The files in this series contain correspondence relating to these and other legislative matters from Hardman's terms in the House (1902-1906; 1909-1910) and State Senate (1907-1908). Papers from his last term in the House are not included. The series is comprised of four subseries: correspondence, bills, speeches, and general information. Arrangement is chronological.
