The collection consists of two volumes entitled Hospitals designed by Gregson & Associates, Architects, Atlanta, Georgia. Volumes contain photographs of hospitals in Georgia, mostly Atlanta and Augusta. Some hospitals included are Eugene Talmadge Memorial Hospital, Augusta, Georgia; Cobb Memorial Hospital, Austell, Georgia; and Georgia Mental Health Center, Atlanta, Georgia. There are also a few photographs of Hartselle Hospital, in Alabama; and Veterans Administration Hospital in San Juan, Puerto Rico. Volume 2 contains the history of Gregson & Associates, and definitions of architectural lingo. Photographs are in color and include external and internal views.

This collection consists of architectural drawings that were created by William Ramsey's architectural firms from 1960 through 1996. Most of Ramsey's work is for architecture in Georgia, particularly the Atlanta area, with a notable exception consisting of drawings submitted for a City of Boston competition. His drawings include numerous plans for parks such as Heritage Park in Oconee County and University Center (an urban renewal park) in Atlanta. The collection has Ramsey's public housing designs for the Atlanta Housing Authority Project and campus master plans for various Georgia college (including UGA) campuses. In addition, there are drawings for subdivisions, single homes, condominiums and apartments in Atlanta and around the State.

Architectural material includes blueprints, project files, contracts, photographs, correspondence, maps, and design samples on a variety of residential, civic, commercial, and public housing projects throughout the Southeastern United States, but with a strong emphasis on North Georgia and upstate South Carolina. Personal papers include Clemson University correspondence, military documents, and travel memorabilia. Correspondence, newsletters, invitations, and certificates from Hunt's membership in various organizations: AIA, Georgia Council AIA, North Georgia Chapter AIA, AIA College of Fellows, National Council of Architectural Registration Boards, Elberton-Elbert County Chamber of Commerce, and Rotary Club. There is also political correspondence with Georgia Democratic candidates and politicians, most notably President Jimmy Carter, including personal correspondence, fundraising information, and campaign material from Carter's term as governor of Georgia as well as the 1976 and 1980 presidential elections.
