One playbill of performances at Theatre Royal, Covent Garden announcing Ira Alrdridge's appearance as Othello in Shakespeare's tragedy "Othello". This was Mr. Aldridge's first performance at a major London theatre. Sheridan Knowles's roles in "The Hunchback" and "The Elfin Sprite and the Grim Grey Woman" and Madame Vestris's and Mr. Power's roles in "The Invincibles" also advertised alongside a new unlisted play.

The collection consists of one notebook containing a hand written report submitted by Edwin D. Newton regarding Clarke County's exhibits in the Cotton States and International Exposition held in Atlanta from September 18-December 31, 1895. The notebook lists "Best specimens of crops" (corn, corn on stalk, oats, sweet potatoes, etc.), and "Collective displays". The entries are listed by type of item, number of items, and name of producer. Page [84] list's divisions of Clarke County represented at the exposition.

The file consists of photocopied research compiled by Mary Rose Taylor pertaining to the creation of the Margaret Mitchell Emergency Clinic and Hughes Spaulding Pavilion of the Grady Memorial Hospital and Margaret Mitchell's support of Morehouse College. During her life, Margaret Mitchell contributed to Morehouse College to provide scholarships for Black medical students. When she was struck by a taxi in 1949, she was taken to Grady Hospital where she died.

Tapes discusses everyday life, organizational and PR challenges, workplace friction and relevant press coverage. Also included are preliminary mock-ups of the Atlanta Olympics mascot Izzy, an Izzy plush, an archery pictogram tile, and a Centennial Olympic Games silver medal. Silver medals were given to high ranking officials who aided in organizing the Olympic games.

Collection includes letters from George D. Tidwell, an Air Force training officer at the Arctic Survival School, to his first wife Air Force nurse Lt. Violet Jackson. Tidwell's letters describe life at the school, his varying duties, his frustrations with those in command, and his affections towards Jackson. In addition are three photograph albums containing a total of six-hundred and twenty photographs. The first two albums belong to Lt. Jackson and document her service in the 3700th Station Medical Squadron at Lackland Air Force Base in Texas as well as her tour in Europe and her time at the Macon Hospital School of Nursing in Georgia. The last photo album belongs to Lt. Jackson's second husband Clay Kemp. Kemp's album details his time at the USNAB Agana on Guam where he worked as a Navy surgical assistant. Also included two U.S. Air Force telegrams, Lt. Jackson's U.S. Army Medical Field Service course certificate, an Air Force Reserve inventory questionnaire, Air Force Reserve qualification paperwork, and Stephen Tidwell Baptism certification.

This collection contains a ledger of laborers hired to work for the 1st Division Quartermasters, compiled by Captain Keating Simons, Jr. serving as Acting Commisary General of Subsistence. Names, occupations, compensation and pay are noted. Included are Federal prisoners who have taken the oath, named as George Holland, John Smith, James Redmond, Dominick Kelly; and Freedmen named Richmond, Zachariah, Ezekiel, and James. Enslaved people are listed as well as their owners, including Julius, cattle driver (E.C. Keckerly); Daniel, butcher (D.H. Silcox); George, cooper (K.L. Simons), Paul, cattle boy (Mrs. Gadsden); Joe, laborer (Mrs. Mays); Aaron, laborer (Joshua Ward); Dock, laborer (Mrs. McPherson); Ben, butcher (J.W. Harrison); Robert, butcher (W.L. Webb); and Porter, laborer (J.A. Enslow).

In addition, the promotional poster includes a letter by Richard Norman endorsing the film, and smaller advertisements for several of Norman's other productions.
