This collection contains materials pertaining to the career of zoologist and television host, Jim Fowler. Included are photographs, clippings, printed materials and slides of Betsey Fowler's art, as well as administrative files kept by photographer Jim Valentine. Of special note are maps of the Animal Forest designed by Jim Fowler, and a Wild Kingdowm poster and comic book.

The collection consists of galley proofs, house set revisions, dust jacket layouts and proofs, original sketches, and printer's first proofs for Herbert W. Benario's "An introduction to Tacitus" (Athens, Ga. : University of Georgia Press, 1975).

The collection consists of an autograph album inscribed "Miss Anna Crook will please accept this album, a trophy, captured from the Federals, November 1863. From her friend, John D. Rowland." The album contains autographs from friends and family in Georgia and Jacksonville, Alabama, including Winnie Lee, Annie Wimberly, and General Beauregard.

The Cambio-Avery collection is comprised of primary source materials that document the United States Women's Suffrage Movement (1840-1920). The collection's emphasis is on artifacts, such as campaign buttons, pennants, and sashes, but also includes some ephemera, broadsides, and periodicals, all of which record activities at the state, regional, and national levels, both for and against suffrage.

The collection consists of photocopies of Civil War letters written to Anna L. Drake from 1859-1865. Letters are written from soldiers in South Carolina, Virginia, Georgia, and New York. Also included are photocopies of poems and Confederate currency.

The collection consists of papers of the Paine family of Clarke County (Ga.) and Ansley family of Augusta (Ga.) from 1848-1952. Includes correspondence; genealogical information on the Burge, Graves, Paine, and Ansley families; photographs, and a scrapbook. Correspondents include Sarah Ann Neal Burge, David Henry Ansley, Sarah Graves Ansley, James Gardner Paine, Sr., F.A. Rutherford, and James Gardner Paine, Jr.. Included are correspondence from F.A. Rutherford of the 23rd Alabama Infantry Regiment during the Atlanta Campaign, from James G. Paine, Jr. while serving in World War II and relating to his interest in breeding hounds for hunting, from Anne Platt Reeves Paine to her mother-in-law while living in the Philippines, and a typescript of the history of the Mt. Pleasant United Methodist Church (Newton County, Ga.).

Collection includes photographs and engravings of members of the Habersham, King, Middlebrooks, Porter, Cox, and Kemp families. Also included are clippings, wedding invitations, letters, school programmes, certificates, Army separation records and business memos as well as a funeral pamphlet for Julian H. Cox Jr., Scrapbooks for Julian H. Cox Sr. and Julian H. Cox Jr., Barrington Hall family reunion plans and a caricature of Mrs. Ann Cabaniss.
