Administrative records include documents related to the operating and publishing of GA Trend, the Phenix Citizen, and the Rockdale Citizen among other Grimes Publications productions. Professional papers include material from the Georgia Press Association, which Millard Grimes headed in 1985-1986, drafts and photographs from The Last Linotype: The Story of Georgia and Its Newspapers since World War II, as well as newspaper columns by Grimes and those about his career written by other newspapers. Agreements and transactions includes negotiations and legal documents created during business agreements and transactions between Grimes Publications and other entities.
