The collection consists of letters written to Lena Martin dated 1918, and 1942-1945. Letters are mainly from Dr. Edward Dawson (referred to also by his nickname of "Dr. Dorsey") and Leo Lucker, and regard packages, family matters, and current events. The collection also includes a copy of a letter dated 1865, a photograph of Battalion Staff, an issue of Current Events dated 1915, and a funeral announcement of William II dated 1918.

Leon Grayson family papers, 1922-1932

Collection includes two scrapbooks by Leon Harman Grayson (1906-1993). The first scrapbook, which dates from 1922 to 1930, centers on Mr. Grayson's time at Savannah High School and the University of Georgia. Emphasis is placed on his friend's signatures, clippings and photographs of football games, dance and banquet invitataions, and graduation commencements. The second scrapbook, which dates from 1929 to 1932, is filled with wedding and dance invitations, clippings, Christmas cards, and promotion letters. Also included is a Sanford Stadium Dedication Yale vs. UGA souvenir ticket dated October 12th, 1929.

Leonidas writes of his travels through Georgia having just returned to Canton after travelling to Clarkesville, Ellijay, and Tallulah Falls. The letter is addressed to Evelina in Augusta, Georgia.
