The collection consists of three boxes of Jefferson County school records including, annual reports, teacher's reports, correspondence, teachers' contracts, school roll registers, vouchers, and teachers' licenses.

Annual reports generated by the Henry W. Grady School during the years 1940 through 1992 along with Honors Program Annual Reports for 1968 through 1986. This collection consists of a caricature of 15 year old Ann Vickers done by Jack Davis. The sketch is done in red pencil on brown paper and signed by Davis. Davis dated the piece June 18th, 1949 and Ms. Vickers added "Sunday" to indicate the day of the week.

Collection includes transcriptions of tapes recorded by Richard Yarbrough each day on his drive home from work which date from July 1993 to September 1996, as well as binders for the Atlanta Committee for the Olympic Games and the International Olympic Committee containing meeting minutes, press operations, fact sheets, staff manuals and briefings, news advisories, press releases, venues, contact lists, agreements and policies, federal government projects, and facilities and services. Tapes discusses everyday life, organizational and PR challenges, workplace friction and relevant press coverage. Also included are preliminary mock-ups of the Atlanta Olympics mascot Izzy, an Izzy plush, an archery pictogram tile, and a Centennial Olympic Games silver medal. Silver medals were given to high ranking officials who aided in organizing the Olympic games.

This collection contains correspondence between Craig Barrow, III and the author Bill Bragg regarding his research and writing about Lt. Col. Lewis S. Craig, the draft of Bragg's work An Officer of the Old Guard, original journal pages written by Lt. Col. Craig, and an account of the death of Elizabeth Church Robb. Also included are a map of the battle for Monterrey, Mexico, a locket of hair, and other ephemera.

The collection consists of an anonymous and undated diary kept by a pilot (possibly from the 57th Bombardment Wing) while flying missions in Italy during a four month period. Diary entries describe bombing raids on individual towns.
