The collection consists of a family Bible and genealogy materials, mostly privately published books. Titles include Nehemiah Howard and his family, Oliver Cromwell and decendants [sic], A few quotes from Uncle Bob's reminiscences, and Bradfordville, Leon County, Florida.

This collection contains genealogy research materials arranged alphabetically.

The photographs series of the Georgia Music Hall of Fame collection consists primarily of photographic prints of artists and music industry figures. Many photographs were taken for promotional purposes, while others are candid shots. The collection contains a mix of original and reproduced images.

The Artists' Business Records series of the Georgia Music Hall of Fame Collection encompasses the correspondence, contracts, office files, and related papers associated with music industry figures in Georgia. A significant portion of the collection pertains the work of Jarvis Felton, producer for Elvis Presley from 1966-1977. Most of Felton's records document recording sessions and tours throughout the 1970s. Another large portion of the collection relates to comedian and singer Elsie Griner, Jr. of Nashville, Georgia, better known as "Miss Peaches."

This collection consists of the photograph file maintained by the Athens Banner Herald from the late 1970s until the early 2000s.

The collection consists of original source material including correspondence of individuals and families, Coulter's transcriptions of articles and soldier's letters published in Southern newspapers during the Civil War, court records from Jackson County (Ga.), and extensive correspondence of Edwin King Lumpkin, Joseph Henry Lumpkin, William L. Mitchell, and Howell Cobb.

The collection consists of photographs of the United States Army Signal Corps in Europe during World War I from 1918-1919. The photographs include images of camp life, trenches, the destruction of towns and countryside in France and Germany, German prisoners, American field hospitals and ambulance corps, battlefields, and troops.

This collection consists mainly of letters and certificates sent from officials of universities and colleges around the United States. These documents congratulate Dr. Jere Morehead on his investiture as the new President of the University of Georgia on July 1, 2013. Also included in the collection are a token and a silver medal presented to Morehead as part of his investiture. Additionally there are invitations, programs and a banner produced for the ceremony.

The collection consists of 460 photographs, collected or photographed by Thomas Spencer, of buildings and other sites which possess some connection to the Civil War. The majority of the photographs were taken in Georgia, with some from Florida, Kentucky, Mississippi, North Carolina, Tennessee, and Virginia. Many of the buildings depicted in the photographs served as headquarters of one or both armies.
