The collection consists of a letter dated Savannah [Ga.], March 5, 1782, "Dear Sir," signed Ferg Bethune. Written during the British occupation of Savannah, Bethune, directed by Lt. Governor Graham, orders the procurement and delivery of no more than sixty pack horses for military purposes.
