Scope and content:

The collection consists of four items relating to the history and purposes of the University of Georgia's Institute of Law and Government. Included are: a watercolor sketch titled The Strahn Home, 1845, Institute of Law and Government building, 1953-1964; General Assembly resolution commending the Institute of Law and Government, dated 1956; poster containing photographs of members of the 1971 Georgia State Senate; and a poster containing photographs of members of the 1971 Georgia House of Representatives.
