Scope and content:

The collection consists of a sketch pad bearing the inscription, "For Frank Daniel, James Purdy, Drawings 1971." The pad is filled with felt-tip pen abstract line sketches. A Black Sparrow Press Signature Books pamphlet is laid in, with an advertisement for On the Rebound, by James Purdy.
