The collection consists of the papers of Nina Wilkins Scudder from 1901-1956. Includes materials and correspondence relating to flower shows, flower show judging, flower arrangements, garden clubs, the Ladies Garden Club (Athens, Ga.), and the Founder's Memorial Garden (Athens, Ga.). Also contains awards, pictures, and information relating to the Scudder School of Art; records of the Bessie Mell Industrial Home, a charitable organization in Athens, Ga.; and speeches, articles, drawings, sketches, and paintings by Nina Wilkins Scudder.
