The collection consists of five indentures pertaining to various people in Clarke County, Georgia: dated January 14, 1869, Manuel T. Kendrick sells to Albin P. Dearing; dated August 15, 1867, Ferdinand Phinizy sells to Manuel T. Kendrick; dated May 31, 1866, Ferdinand Phinizy sells to Manuel T. Kendrick; dated April 28, 1866, Albin Dearing sells to Ferdinand Phinizy; dated January 17, 1863, William L. Mitchell, Executor of Robert Taylor, sells to Albin P. Dearing. The collection also includes one memorandum of agreement signed January 4 and February 5, 1869, between Dearing and Kendrick regarding a tract of land exchanged and taken possession of.
