Biographical / historical:

Hubert and Thomas Rowland Cheek founded and ran Cheek Brothers, a general merchandise retail business in Bowersville, Georgia that supplied area farm families with seed, fertilizer, and farm implements. Originally named T.R. and H. Cheek, the business was finally named after Hubert Cheek himself.
