The collection consists of materials relating to the Lucy Cobb Institute in Athens, Georgia, from approximately 1858-1940. The collection includes general material, alumnae correspondence, programs, photographs of school activities and students, newspaper clippings, and printed material. The collection also contains material relating to the Lucy Cobb Alumnae Association including a record book (1924-1940) with minutes and newspaper clippings relating to the Association of Lucy Cobb graduates.
