Contains materials pertaining to the lives of the Paschal family members, namely Jesse, Renza, and Marjorie Paschal. Much of the collection covers both Renza and Marjorie's time in the army during WWII, including correspondence and memorabilia. Many of the legal documents pertain to Jesse Paschal's time as sheriff of Eatonton from the 1930s-1950s, including legal issues pertaining to prisoners in Putnam County and letters sent to Sheriff Paschal from concerned Eatonton citizens.

Jesse L. Paschal was the sheriff of Eatonton, Georgia and a World War I veteran. He and his wife, Zona S. Paschal, had two children, Renza S. Paschal, a member of the the U.S. Army Air Corps and a World War II veteran, and Marjorie Paschal Howard, a Second Lieutenant nurse in the U.S. Army.
