Biographical / historical:

Judge Robert M. Heard practiced law for over 60 years. After graduating from the University of Georgia Law School, he was elected to the State Legislature in 1939. He served as Judge of the State Court for 25 years. Judge Heard passed away at the age of 88 on June 12, 2003.
