The collection consists of two typescripts by Joanne Bishop regarding Caroline Miller's work. Title's include "An ethnographic study on the 1934 Pulitzer Prize novel Lamb in His Bosom by Caroline Miller"; and "Critical notices of Caroline Miller's Pulitzer novel Lamb in His Bosom, transcribed from An ethnographic study on the 1934 Pulitzer Prize novel Lamb in His Bosom by Caroline Miller." The collection also includes photocopies of newspaper articles regarding Caroline Miller, and photographs depicting Caroline Miller, her grave in Waynesville, North Carolina, and an historic marker in Baxley, Georgia.
