The collection consists of two items: a photograph portraying approximately thirty men, including Harry Hodgson seated front row center, captioned "Cotton Oil Millers Dinner to County Agents and Vocational Teachers Legionaires Cabin in Athens, Ga. January, 1939"; and a 1964 wall calendar depicting Dr. Martin Luther King and immediate family, identifying Dr. King as "the moral leader of the Civil Rights struggle."
