Planter of Wrayswood, Greene Co., Ga.; enslaved 143 people at the outbreak of Civil War. In the 1840's he also built the Wray-Nicholson housr in Athens (not Christian College of Georgia). Among the children of Thomas and Theodosia C. Wray were Georgette (1836-1838), Philip (1838-1914), Walter (1844-1909), Thomas (d. 1862), and Theodocia, and Frances (1840-1904).
