The Worley family ran a laundry and dry cleaning business in Elberton, Georgia. James Ambrose Worley began the business, J. A. Worley Tailoring and Pressing Club, in 1899. The business was later renamed the Worley Laundry & Dry Cleaning Company and James Herman Worley worked there with his father.
