The collection consists of photographs taken in 1971 by Ellen Sumner. Photographs depict houses (interiors and exteriors), churches, buildings, and statues in Athens, Savannah, Penfield, and Greensboro, Georgia. Photographs taken in Athens portray Oconee Hill Cemetery, sorority houses (Alpha Gamma Delta, Kappa Alpha Theta, Gamma Phi Beta, Phi Mu), and other houses around the Milledge Avenue area. Also included is a photograph of Alfred Holbrook, Director of the Georgia Museum of Art (undated).
