Biographical / historical:

Tinsley White Rucker IV (1909-) was a factory manager, inspection engineer and corporate executive. He received a B.S. in Building Construction from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (1931), and retired as a 2nd Lt. In the 108th Field Artillery, Pennsylvania National Guard.
