Henry Bass Mitchell (1855-1938) was a lawyer, farmer, and author from Athens, Georgia. He married Hattie Gilbert Hart (1858-1936) in 1879, and they had two children. Mr. Mitchell received an A.B. from the University of Georgia in 1875.
