The collection consists of two volumes of chemistry lecture notes taken by Samuel Hale Sibley from the class of Professor H. C. White at the University of Georgia.

Biographical / historical:

Samuel Hale Sibley (1873-1958) received a B.L. in 1893 from the University of Georgia School of Law. He was a judge in U.S. Court of Appeals for the 5th Circuit from 1931-1949.
