The collection consists of Robert B. Heilman's The Ghost on the Ramparts and Other Essays in the Humanities (Athens : University of Georgia Press, 1974) presents fourteen essays on the teaching of English and the profession of the humanities. Included are uncorrected and corrected typescripts, mock-ups, proofs, transparencies, jacket proofs, and galleys. Biographical / historical:
