Scope and content:

The Public Affairs slides and prints consist of both candid and staged photographs captured by Public Affairs photographers over the course of five decades. The slides and prints depict numerous faculty, students, alumni, buildings, and campus scenes.

Biographical / historical:

The Office of Public Affairs at the University of Georgia was an organization dedicated to communicating with the broader public. The organization has existed in some format from 1890, (then in the form of Public Relations), to now in its current iteration: the Division of Marketing and Communications.
