Biographical / historical:

Youth Infrastructure Coalition is a non-profit organization founded by Frank Lumpkin IV. The Coalition strives to bring awareness to infrastructure projects to make the surrounding communities stronger in a multitude of ways, including the Interstate-14 project connecting west Texas to Augusta, GA.
