Interviews were recorded starting in 2012 by Dr. Roy Legette, an Associate Professor of Music at the University of Georgia. Interviews were recorded in various places throughout Georgia and Alabama, including at the annual meetings of the Georgia Music Teachers Association conference and in teachers' classrooms.
