Series I. Commissioner's Oversight Committee contains meeting notes, agendas, reports, and date from 1996 to 1998. The Commissioner's Oversight Committee was appointed by the Director of Human Resources and oversaw the closure of the Brook Run Center in 1997 and the GMHI in 1998.
