This collection consists of correspondence, photographs, artifacts, and other paper materials related to T. Rogers Wade's business and civic endeavors, politics, the Wade family, and the Bryan family. The artifacts include scrapbooks and photo albums created by Marcia Wade and her mother, plaques and awards, journals and planners, and political campaign ephemera.

T. Rogers Wade (1941-2025) was involved in the political, civic, business, and educational fields within the state of Georgia. Wade attended the University of Georgia, where he met his future wife, Marcia Bryan, and was a lifelong member of the Alpha Tau Omega fraternity. Following his time at the university, Wade worked for Eastern Airlines and the Georgia Chamber of Commerce, where he was a founding member of the Leadership Georgia program. From 1973-1980, Wade worked as the Chief of Staff for Senator Herman Talmadge. Wade also worked for Watkins Associated Industries and Edington, Wade, and Associates, before he became the president and CEO of the Georgia Public Policy Foundation. Following his retirement in 2009, Wade was named chairman of the transition team for Governor Nathan Deal. He also served as a member of the Board of Regents for the University System of Georgia, and the boards of the Georgia Research Alliance, the Georgia Trucking Association, etc. Rogers Wade was also a trustee for the Richard B. Russell foundation.
Marcia Jacobsen Bryan Wade (1940-2017) was born in Tampa, Florida to Eula Jacobsen and Jones Bryan. She attended the University of Georgia where she received her BS in Education. Wade later worked for Eastern Air Lines, on the Sam Nunn Senatorial campaign, and was involved in the development of Leadership Georgia and the Georgia Public Policy Foundation.
