These files are arranged alphabetically by school and include correspondence, memoranda, proposals, scholarship information, and publications. Schools and universities documented in this subseries include Berry College, Dalton State University, Kennesaw State University, University of Georgia, and charter schools throughout the state. The Berry College files discuss the possibilities of creating certification programs for ESOL and bilingual education. There are several research files about creating and funding dual language charter schools. Georgia Project presentations to delegations from Bulgaria, Bosnia, and Xi'an visiting the Carl Vinson Institute of Government at the University of Georgia are also located in this subseries. Meeting minutes, correspondence, and marketing materials for the Latino Advisory Council at the University of Georgia can also be found in these files.

Personnel files and personal financial files have been restricted. Though the collection is open for research, reference copies of the audiovisual recordings are only available upon request. Research requests will be filled as soon as possible and will be dependent upon the condition of the recordings.
Series VIII. Photographs contains digital files. To access these files, please request the folders you would like through the finding aid using your research account. An archivist will be in contact with you to explain how to access the files. Please note that not all file formats are currently supported by the library for research use.
