The Special Cases Series is organized into four subseries: A. Special Cases, B. Temporary Emergency Court of Appeals (TECA), C. U.S. Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals Gas Cases, and D. U.S. District Court Single Judge/Jury Cases. Subseries descriptions below describe specific arrangements. The series contains case files (motions, briefs, memoranda, opinions, etc.), correspondence, Judge Morgan's notes, and newsclippings.
