The Administrative Series is organized into eight subseries: A. Dockets, Bench Books and Case Indexes; B. Printed Opinions; C. Correspondence; D. Committees and Panels; E. Charge Books; F. Civil Charges Notes; G. Fifth Circuit Expansion; and H. Judicial Miscellany. Within each subseries, materials are arranged either chronologically or alphabetically, dependent upon the type of materials (e.g., correspondence is arranged alphabetically by surname and dockets, chronologically by term years).
