Historical Note

Lucille Kimble was a music instructor at the University of Georgia during the 1940s and 1950s. She taught piano, organ, and music history. Kimble was also a founding member of the Georgia Music Teachers Association.

Scope and Content

The collection consists of correspondence, performance programs, clippings, and photographs documenting Lucille Kimble's work as an associate professor in the School of Music at the University of Georgia.
