Scope and Content
The collection consists of two bound volumes containing various printed pamphlets and documents related to Central of Georgia's 1948 reorganization. Included are proposals and legal documents, Interstate Commerce Commission and Securities Exchange Commission reports, stock and bond specimens, and transcripts of board meetings. Volume one contains a table of contents, and each document is bound behind tabbed separation sheets.
