The Calhoun County Correctional Institute ran a series of county convicts camps in Morgan, Leary, and Arlington, Georgia throughout the early 20th Century and is now the Calhoun State Prison located in Morgan, Georgia.
The collection contains a ledger book of punishments doled out to prisoners complete with names, dates, punishments, and cause for punishment, as well as an abreviated maintenence record for county camps within the system.
