James G. Woodward (1845-1923) was a newspaperman and mayor of Atlanta. He served four terms as mayor from 1899-1901, 1905-1907, and 1913-1917.
A pamphlet containing portions of testimony from fifteen citizens of Atlanta regarding the ill conduct of Mayor Woodward from the investigation conducted by City Attorney J. A. Anderson on June 8-16, 1900.
