The collection consists of printed material, artifacts, photographs, newsletters, and correspondence relating the work of George Norton as a ham radio operator in Athens, Georgia. Many of the materials are written by Norton, but there are also materials like postcards sent by other ham radio operators confirming that they had made contact with Norton over the airwaves, publications about amateur radio operators, and NASA prediction bulletins.
