Jerry L. McCollum was the president and CEO of the Georgia Wildlife Federation.
Scope and Content
The collection consists of a typewritten speech by Jerry McCollum, asking support for the Georgia Water Bill of Rights. Also included is a draft of the Georgia Water Bill of Rights, a Georgia Water Bill of Rights sign-on form, signed by U.S. Congressman Bob Barr, and two flyers for the Water Rally for Georgia's Water Bill of Rights, held at Atlanta Memorial Park, Atlanta, Georgia, September 30, 2000.
