The collection consists of sworn testimony of Thomas Kirton, signed by George Walton, on December 14, 1784. Kirton "contracted with George Davidson...to recover for the two hundred and fifty-three dollars in the island of Jamaica for which he said George Davidson received a bond or obligation."
