The collection consists of two letters: dated Roanoke, Georgia, November 20, 1855, signed "R. Toombs," regarding elections; dated Washington, Georgia, February 15, 1872, "My dear Sir," signed "R. Toombs," regarding Toombs' visit to Atlanta.
