Lawrence D. Kesler (d. 1966) was from La Grange, Georgia, and served in B Battery, 6th Battalion, 14th Artillery, I Field Force during the Vietnam War 
.
Scope and Content
The collection consists of seven letters from Larry Kesler to his parents, John and Catherine Kesler. Written by Kesler while serving during the 
Vietnam War , correspondences describe his assignment to B Battery, 6th Battalion, 15th Artillery; base camp at Pleiku, camp life, and details of the fighting that took place there. Included within the letters are drawings of a 175mm self-propelled cannon and tank.
