| Abstract: The collection consists of architectural drawings done for Captain Thomas prior to 1895. The house was built at 530 S. Milledge between 1895 and 1899 and is now owned by the Alpha Gamma Delta Sorority. Also included are two xeroxes of the Athens-Clarke Heritage Foundation Building Survey and a record of the transaction involving the property. | |

Historical Note
Captain William W. Thomas was a prominent Athens (Ga.) businessman. He was also president of the Southern Mutual Insurance Company and one of the commissioners supervising the building of the state capitol in Atlanta.
