The collection consists of one letter written on Headquarters of Trans-Mississippi Department, United Confederate Veterans, Dallas,Texas letterhead: date June 6, 1899, to "Charles E. Jones, Augusta, Georgia," signed "W. L. Cabell," regarding the deaths and whereabouts of several Confederate generals.
