Scope and Content
The collection consists of one 8x10 inches sepia-tone photograph of members of the commission authorized to develop a carving on Stone Mountain: Gutzon Borglum, Clark Howell, Mrs. Howell, Frank Lowden, Mrs. Lowden, and William G. Elens. Identification of each individual is by ink inscription on the front of the photograph.
