Map of the property of H. S. Welles comprising 131 4/10 acres bounded by the proprietors of the City of Brunswick, lands of A. G. P. Dodge, and the Turtle River. Includes B & A Rail Road, M & B Rail Road, Bay Street, Town Commons, salt marsh.
Includes various property lines: line run by Dart and Postell by the deed from the commissioner to John Tiles dated 1798; line run by Dart & Postell between Welles and Town Commons; line run by Wm. Hughes for the Planters Bank of SAvannah October 1852; and line run by William Hughes in January 1857.
