Biographical/historical note
Since 1945, the Atlanta Area Teacher Education Service (AATES) has been a cooperative effort of school systems and colleges and universities (including UGA) to strengthen teacher education in Metro-Atlanta.
Scope and Content
This collection consist of documents relating to the activities of the Atlanta Area Teachers Education Service. Among those items included are reports, administrative materials, clippings, publications, photographs, and scrapbook.
