Scope and ContentThe collection consists of correspondence from Eugenius Aristides Nisbet to his wife, Amanda Battle Nisbet, from 1822-1848. Correspondence mainly concerns family matters, and a few concern state and national political matters. The collection also contains a brief note from Judge Hiram Warner, and newspaper clippings regarding Nisbet's death and other matters.
